A higher first-pass rate means more claims are accepted and paid on the first submission. A lower average A/R means money arrives closer to the date of service. Results still depend on the practice, specialty, payer mix, and the quality of the documentation, so we don’t promise specific outcomes.

Medical Billing Built Around Your Practice

Ask ten practices how their billing works and you’ll get ten different answers. A solo physician has one set of headaches. A multi-specialty group has another. A practice with a lot of out-of-network claims has a third.
So we don’t hand everyone the same playbook. We spend the first stretch learning your specialty, your payers, your front-office habits, and wherever claims tend to stall. Then we build the process around that. You shouldn’t have to reorganize your office for us.
You’ll also know who is working your account. If something needs your attention, we’ll tell you early, not after the month closes.
our-story

Our Story

Most physicians didn’t go to medical school to chase claim status. Plenty of them end up doing it anyway, or their office manager does. Some practices run billing in-house with a stretched team. Others hire a vendor that sends claims out and then goes quiet.
PrimeCore was built for the gap between those two.
Billing doesn’t end when a claim is sent. Before it goes out, the coding has to match the documentation and the patient’s eligibility has to be checked. After it goes out, somebody has to watch it. If it’s denied, somebody has to figure out why. When it’s paid, somebody has to confirm the amount is right.
Skip any of those steps and money leaks out a little at a time. It’s easy to miss and hard to get back later. We built our process to catch it, and to work like part of your team while we do.

Who We Are

PrimeCore is a professional medical billing company and a healthcare revenue cycle management company. The people behind it are healthcare billing professionals: billers, coders, and A/R specialists who have spent years working with payer rules and practice workflows. Think of us as medical billing experts and revenue cycle management experts you can call by name.
As a medical billing services company, we run the daily work and the harder jobs behind it, like denial resolution, aged A/R, and payer calls. As a medical billing outsourcing company, we step in when your in-house team has run out of hours or people. We can take the whole cycle or only the parts giving you trouble.
We’d rather be a partner than a vendor in the background. Ask what’s going on with your account and you should get a straight answer. That’s how a trusted medical billing company for medical practices earns the label: it does the basics reliably, month after month.

What We Do

Our medical billing and RCM services follow a claim from scheduling to the last reconciled payment. These healthcare billing solutions each have their own service page if you want the details.

Medical Billing and Claims Management

We handle charge entry, claim scrubbing, submission, and status tracking. Our medical claims management process checks claims for common errors before they go out, which helps cut avoidable rejections and denials. Eligibility and benefits verification and authorization support come first, since a lot of downstream problems start there.

Denial Management and A/R Follow-Up

Denials get worked, not just logged. We find out why a claim was denied, fix what can be fixed, appeal when there's a basis, and track patterns so the same issue doesn't keep coming back. Unpaid and underpaid claims get steady follow-up until they're resolved.

Coding, Payment Posting, and Reconciliation

Our medical billing and coding specialists review documentation so claims are coded correctly from the start. On the back end, we post payments, compare them to expected reimbursement, and flag underpayments for review. Reconciliation keeps your records and your bank deposits in agreement.

Credentialing and Payer Support

Provider enrollment, credentialing, payer enrollment, and EDI services can hold up revenue for months when they go wrong. We support these processes and help with contracting questions and payer communication. For eligible out-of-network claims, we also provide out-of-network billing services and No Surprises Act (NSA) and IDR services. This includes administrative support through the applicable IDR process, including documentation, submission support, case tracking, and determination follow-up. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Revenue Cycle Management

For practices that want one team accountable for the whole process, we provide full revenue cycle management. That includes hospital billing and coding services, professional and facility billing, hospital and FSED billing, freestanding emergency department (FSED) billing and coding services, DME billing and services, dental billing services, patient billing and support, and reporting and RCM analytics. If you'd rather keep some tasks in-house, you can hire us for specific parts of the cycle.

Our Approach to Revenue Cycle Management

A mistake at registration turns into a denial three weeks later. A coding gap turns into an underpayment. A missed follow-up shows up in your A/R aging report months down the line. Billing is one connected process, so we run it that way.
Eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and patient and insurance details are checked before services are billed
Charges are entered and coded accurately, scrubbed for errors, and submitted on time
Every claim is tracked after submission, and each denial is traced to its root cause, then corrected, appealed, or escalated
Payments are posted and compared against what should have been paid, and you get clear reports and regular updates
Our medical billing and revenue cycle management experts follow this flow on every account. When the early steps are done well, the later ones get easier and fewer claims come back for rework. That’s what healthcare revenue management looks like day to day, and it’s the practical core of medical practice revenue optimization: fewer errors going in, fewer dollars left behind.
For larger groups, we offer revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare organizations built on the same connected process across every site.

What Makes PrimeCore Different

Plenty of billing companies list the same services. The difference is in how the work gets done.
